Mental Health & Wellbeing Support


Neuro Love is a platform providing a friendly ear and human support for young people to help them to keep virtually social and safe online. Supporting young people to manage anxiety and low mood, they can book sessions directly with mentors and therapists, attend live groups and find content that will support them to manage their emotional and mental health in this current period of uncertainty.

30 minute mentoring sessions with our social therapists are offered via phone, video or chat link. The mentor session are available 9am-8pm 7 days a week.

We have a number of psychological therapy appointments available that will be triaged following an initial appointment with a mentor.

There are a range of groups programmes each day and more will be added as the weeks go on. You can see the weekly list of events here and also book directly all will be via video link and young people will be anonymous so they are only able to see and interact with the instructor.

Therapeutic groups including managing worries, improving your sleep and tree of life identity group are also available.
